Parking Permit Application
Application for 2025/26 staff parking permit has closed. We will shortly publish the new car parking policy for 2026/27 by which time staff can apply for new car and motorbike permits or renew their annual parking permits for the period 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. Please look out for the announcement in the staff weekly need to know communication in the next few weeks. Thank you
Notes
- Car permits are £200 and motorbile permits are £10.
- No parking permit fee or administrative charge will apply to UWL students and staff who are holders of a valid disabled blue badge. Anyone who requires disabled bay parking should contact facilitieshelpdesk@uwl.ac.uk
- UWL staff can apply for car or motorbike permits, students can only apply for a motorbike permit.
- Car park choice is just to indicate your preference, the permit will allow you to use any of the available car parks.
- Permits are valid from 1st August until 31st July.
